Introducing Trish, of Life and Vitality
Trish L Schaf with Life and Vitality,LLC
From as early as Trish can remember she has been interested in health and the human body. At a very young age she fell in love with the human body and had decided to be a doctor. After graduating at the top of her class she attended University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. She received a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Pre-Medicine, majoring in Biology, with a double minor in Chemistry and Art. After graduation she moved from Wisconsin to the Flathead Valley. Here she has been raising her four children, two boys and two girls. Having become disillusioned with western medicine she chose to work for a Chiropractor and was educated in Holistic Medicine. She went to every continuing Education seminar that she could and studied health and nutrition constantly. Trish is a life long student and has read 50-100 books on health and self-improvement every year for the last 30 years. She is a wealth of information and has a gift of sharing in an easy to understand way. She has continued to learn and earn certifications in many modalities. In 2011 she opened her clinic, “Life and Vitality”. She currently is a certified Colon
Hydrotherapist, Nutritional Consultant, Reiki Practitioner, Quantum Touch Practitioner, ThetaHealing® Practitioner, Releasing Toxic Emotions Practitioner, Crystal Healing Practitioner, Past Life Viewing Practitioner and Light Body Activation Practitioner. She also offers Ionic Foot Spa Detoxes, Itovi Scans, Color Matching for Young Living Savvy Minerals Makeup, Young Living Essential oils, and other nutritional products. Health and healing are passions for Trish, but she also loves the outdoors. She takes every opportunity to backpack, hike, camp, ski (alpine and nordic), snow shoe, kayak, mountain bike and golf. The beauty of the mountains is an inspiration to her and a connection she lives for. Trish’s artistic side is expressed in many ways. She loves the soft flow of water color, but is often found creating works of beauty with crystals in the form of wire wrapped jewelry, quilts, scrap booking, knitting and crocheting. She has also illustrated books in the past with pen and ink drawings. Her love of health, nutrition, cooking and the outdoors combine in her love for organic gardening. She grows a large organic garden every year and loves to prepare wholesome organic paleo meals straight from the garden to the table to nourish her loved ones. She is often found gifting vegetables to any one who comes by!
